This is a 4 part workshop that presents an "Introdution to Buddhist Meditation". It is presented by Dennis Sheppard on behalf of the Buddhist Society of Western Australia (BSWA). The course was filmed over 4 weeks in September 2014 at the Buddhist Centre in Perth WA.
