This section describes my life's passion. It is my work as a Past Life Hypnotherapist. This service is very much informed from my long years as a Buddhist meditator and my quest to understand why it is that we are here. Through hypnosis I have helped many people with all sorts of problems they have had. Hypnotherapy really can help with all sorts physical and mental conditions.
I came to Buddhism as a young man and immediately discovered the benefits and truth that meditation offers. Being involved with the Buddhist Society of Western Australia from near the beginning has given me the great pleasure and privilege to watch and help this organisation grow to become what it is today. A wonderful City Centre that offers teaching and guidance to thousands of people throughout the world and two monasteries that are full with wise and practicing monks and nuns.
As this meditation practice was being inculcated into me, I decided in 1981 --- on a whim, to join with the Samaritan Befrienders. To learn how to listen and how to be with people who were feeling suicidal. The Samaritans and their callers were wonderful teachers. I ended up spending more than two decades there. Unknowingly it helped my meditation practice immensely. Then early in the millennium, again following inspiration, I decided to take what I had been learning and apply it to the ancient and fascinating modality of Hypnosis. In 2005 I found a very generous teacher in Rick Collingwood and became accredited through his Academy. I soon found my niche in working with past lives.
